For each incident, Y-Com has an Incident Response Team (IRT) staffed with the requisite resources to ensure the quickest and safest return to services for our customers in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We coordinate response services with local and state resources and follow all National Electric Safety Code and OSHA regulations to ensure safety on the job.
